Robert Carr Chapel
The spire of the Robert Carr Chapel is one of TCU's favorite landmark, and most students know that it is intentionally the highest point on campus, at 137 feet. The interior is beautifully decorated thanks to the work and research of Mrs. Frances Sadler, wife of president M.E. Sadler. The chapel is constantly in use for student worship services, campus memorial services and as a classroom for student preachers. It is also heavily booked for weddings throughout the year. It is named for Robert G. Carr of San Angelo, who made the chapel's construction possible.
